A Fixed Service Cost of R750 to R1050 + VAT (depending on office size) covers all services and individual aircons are on prepaid power. What's included in the Fixed Service Cost? Wi-Fi, inverter power for your lights and plugs, weekly cleaning of your office, communal kitchen with dish washer (which we pack out for you), alarm system and control App, visitor management App, 24h CCTV that is monitored in a dedicated 24h control room.
